The cottage has two bedrooms (a king sized bed in the master bedroom and shorty bunk beds suitable for children in the second bedroom), lounge, kitchen/diner, a separate laundry, a courtyard patio to the front and an enclosed rear garden.

• The lounge has a 55" TV with FreeSat, Netflix and smart TV access to other services. There is fast broadband with WiFi. There is a log burner for those cosy winter evening with a fully stocked log store.

• The kitchen/diner is well equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and toaster.

• The master bedroom has a king sized bed with ample storage and a hairdryer is supplied.

• There is a small second bedroom with six foot bunks suitable for smaller children.

• The bathroom has a large walk in shower and sea views.

• There is a courtyard patio to the front of the cottage. To the rear is an enclosed garden with sea views and an ample decked seating area. A BBQ is provided.

• The Old Boathouse is an outbuilding to the front of the cottage that acts as a laundry, and provides ample space to store bikes and boards.
